Shake up the Lines, Mike. They suck right now. Move Patches off the DD line and make Desharnais work for a living.

DD has to shoot more gives up so many chances. The whole first line is out of whack. Pleks is off his game…..so is Subban. No wonder we're having trouble. You can just see the Canucks getting the next PP and going ahead. Reminds me of the Edmonton game now. We're clearly better….but out of sync.

I read somewhere that it was felt Patches was too inefficient in his shooting (he always shot a lot) and that was hurting his possession data because the puck would turn over after one of his shots. Trouble is, he's not shooting nearly enough now and he's not scoring. Try going back to what worked, Max.

What's with DD's insistence on passing to Patches at all costs? SHOOT.

Nucks actually called for next icing.

Wow you guys are a miserable lot for a team that owns an 8-2 record. I can only imagine how Canuck fans are feeling right now, the habs have owned the puck in this period.

There's DD with a chance for a back pass to Max who's all alone in front…..and DD's knocked down from behind much easier than most.
And he'll never get a call….

Skilly's prediction coming true. We're not scoring. Weber, yes that Weber, ices the puck.

Lots of puck possession, but no real good scoring chances. A lot like the Etown game. Shoot more and simplify, they are not far off.

Cute play by Galchy backchecking. He turned into Markov, took the puck and transitioned it.

Nucks almost score. CArey to the rescue. Period over, but Canucks coming on. I don't remember a good, clear scoring chance that we had that forced Miller into a tough save.

Very impressed at how defensively responsible Galchenyuk is ... he plays both ends of the rink extremely well ...
Cheers.

They're getting into the zone ok, but once there, all creativity seems to disappear or they're waiting for too clear a chance. Like they say in the Nike ad, just shoot it.

Much better first period effort. Deharnais is brutal I'd give Eller's line a crack on the PP ... they'd be going to the net, at least ... Cheers.

Which makes me wonder. Doesn't DD remind you of teh guy that went 19 games with no points last year. What's gotten into him? But don't fret, there is no chance in hell he'll be benched.

1 regulation goal in our most recent 7 periods of hockey (plus the 5:00 of OT in Calgary.)
Still no PP goals on the road.
Lacroix IS in charge of the PP.
Dude….shake it up.

Bourque ices it. (thats a turnover, right?) You don't need to look for reasons to slag him. He presents enough of them.
