He got rocked early…and went off slowly…..but he came back.
Maybe he did injure something. Clean hit.

He went to the room, cut lip, probably stitches.

Subban now a -2. I have found him very ordinary this season Ordinary is being generous. He has looked downright lost with the puck, especially on the PP. His decisions are slow, and he always has to stickhandle the puck at that blueline and just about loses it, giving the forward more time to get on him.

How does Emelin get a penalty and hurt at the same time?

How does Emelin get a penalty and hurt at the same time? NHL caliber officiating.

How does Emelin get a penalty and hurt at the same time? He snapped his head back, fell down, looked towards the ref, then buried his head to look hurt ..... Even I thought he was selling it , if you are hurt, go down, don't go looking to see if the refs are watching

That is dumb. Time to start fining players for that. Change those habits.

Yes he did, and probably would have drew a penalty, if he didn't snap his head back excessively, and then peek up looking for the ref

Why Bournival, Sekaj don't get chance both good defensively and add speed this is so frustrating watching 17 do nothing yet he gets put out every game

I knew the smoke and mirror show was going to come to an end ....our start this year has reminded me in many ways of the starts of the Maple Leafs the past few years. You knew they were going to come crashing down, because they were winning on pure dumb luck

He took a pretty good elbow to the chops. Yes he did, and probably would have drew a penalty, if he didn't snap his head back excessively, and then peek up looking for the ref If that's the standard, 90% of the penalties called every night will be ignored. Everyone does it.

We're about to have a lot of company.
Without Price, we're not even in a playoff spot.
MT, MB….you've got some big-time chemistry problems.

Subban -3 now. Other than his two goal game, he just hasn't been a big factor yet. That needs to change.

Everyone does it. That's where I'd disagree Not everyone does what Emelin did. When he fell he covered his face, then looked up for the ref, made eye contact, and then he covered his face again. That's a sell job, and any chance of the ref calling goes out the window

At some point, the smoke and mirrors will clear up.......... Yep. You can only tempt fate for so long. Assuming we don't make a miracle comeback, will this be enough for a lineup change? I say yes and you can bet the house on Beaulieu replacing Tinordi. Oops. That happened already. Sorry guys.

Too many lacklustre starts.
Too many needless, lazy, dumb penalties….negating any kind of momentum.
You've got to look at the coach first.
Is he doing all he can to prepare the team for the drop of the puck? Does he have the right guys in the lineup? After that, MB has to look at making some moves….IF he wants to maintain a top perch.
That elusive #1 stud centre. Might be Galchenyuk in a year or two.
But it's been a need for well over a decade.
Who was our last, bona fide, large stud #1 C?
Damphousse? It's been 16 years.

Nope. Just good bench mgmt by MT. Yes he was. Galchenyuk hasn't been the same since he had his bell wrung in the 1st period ... Calgary has been the better team, by far, to this point in the game ... they're a step faster and their goaltender hasn't been tested at all ... they're making us look like pretenders and not contenders ... Cheers.
