PK needs to show this every game, not once in ever 12. I'm just happy that we're finally seeing it again.

Enroth isn't budging on anything. He's a small guy who gives you nothing.

Thanks Toker ... what's wrong with giving Sekac a chance ... he's had a good game ... Sabres win it in Montreal ...
Cheers.

Losing both in a home and home to the Sabres is bad. No other way to put it.

Sekac and Gallagher both had good games. They should have gone instead of Plekanec and Desharnais.

I can't believe they didn't use Sekac I can. Our coaches go to the well with the same players & the same moves that the whole league must know by now.

Plekanec's SO attempt was especially lame. Why even go out there with such a stupid idea.
My son says Plekanec is 4 for 28 in the shootout. Doesn't the coaching staff know stuff like that.

Sekac and Gallagher both had good games. They should have gone instead of Plekanec and Desharnais. I really don't mind the Desharnais selection. He is one of the best in the league at the shootout, and definitely the best Hab. He is something like 12 for 25 in his career (in that ballpark). I was surprised at his attempt last night, as he usually puts a good move on the goalie. Same for Galchenyuk, his move last night was not his typical shootout attempt. I'd never use Plekanec. He just shoots almost every time. My picks would always be a combo of Sekac, Galchenyuk, Desharnais, and Gallagher

He is 5 for 12 in his career, but that is all on the strength of a 3-for-7 season in 2008-09. Still, good odds. PK is 0-3 in his career. I'd also think they practice this and know that PK doesn't have a shootout out move other than skate down and shoot. There is another on the team that should always get consideration - PA Parenteau. Parenteau is 14 for 29 in his career. That's Desharnais-like numbers in the shootout. And it is not like Parenteau only had one good year at it. 2009/10 - Rangers - 3 for 3 (1 season) 2010/12 - Islanders - 4 for 14 (2 seasons) 2012/14 - Avalanche - 4 for 7 (2 seasons) 2014/15 - Canadiens - 3 for 5 (1 season) Ride that horse I say
