Pleks gets a penalty after missing a breakout pass at our blue line. Killed it

Chucky with DDitus, should have shot, but that line looks really good.

We have to stop making those killer errors. No goals against but Canucks have had some great unearned chances. We are creating our own good chances, though. Line changes working well so far.

Bournival fans on a puck right in front. Timing off?

We look like a real team tonight. We may not win anyway if we make a critical mistake, but at least we're competing. Still not much finish.

Gallagher!! Great snipe!

GAllagher shows how it's done. Puck on the left boards, he twists to his right and let's go a quick wrister, off Richardson and in.

Did we really score first? I believe we did.

Canucks score a shortie. Desharnais backchecking but where was everyone else? There's that lack of effort we've seen all year. No backcheck attitude on the team.

Ha...a PP....not even a shot on goal. Then the Canucks score.
We got a Canucks team playing like lame ducks here....and we can't put it past Miller.

Lazy powerplay--forces the forward to take out the defenceman with the man advantage? Wow.

Desharnais is officially useless

Our spacing is terrible. PK brings the puck out and there's no one within 15 yards of him. Everything is a long, long pass.

0 for 4 now, with virtually nothing happening with the earlier 5-on-3. The powerplay stinks, and the players have no confidence in it.

That goal has switched the momentum.

Coming unraveled now. Stupid gesture by Galchenyuk.

Canucks are at the end of a road trip, they're not really creating anything, just taking what is given. 3 shots on Price this period, 1 by Gonchar, 1 from center and the goal.

so how come Bieksa didn't get a penalty for snapping his head back?

Coming unraveled now. Stupid gesture by Galchenyuk. I thought so at first...but Bieksa knocked him down from behind, then crosschecked him when he was getting up....then came right back at him. Funny...they always get the retaliator....aka a Hab.

If your PP isn't working, the least you can do is not give up scoring chances.

Nathan with 6.20 of ice time, Gilbert with 9, everyone else well over 10. Gonchar with 15. Therrien over reliance rearing its ugly head.

They worked for some puck luck there...and it went Miller's way.

20-11 shots good guys after 40 minutes. Canucks are probably feeling pretty good right about now.

Just saw the replay of the Canuck goal from the end zone camera.
Desharnais was there in plenty of time to tie up the stick...or block the pass.
A strong effort to get back...to do basically nothing once he got there.
I wish it had been another player...sounds as if I'm picking on him....but watch it and tell me I'm wrong.

Canucks playing the seventh and final game on their longest road trip of the year. Couple weeks of traveling. We're at home and rested and still cant get it together. Gonchar sure has made a big difference in the PP no? Still can't score a goal

It was Dorsett, not the biggest guy, but stronger on the puck than DD.
