Win it. The Habs received a gift from the Flers, who just drubbed the Lightning 7-3.

Note Emelin as the 7th d-man ...
Cheers.

Perhaps. One journalist suggested MT might be playing with them, making it look like he was sitting out Emelin. Personally I think he will be the odd man out. Weaver has had a good rest and should be more than capable. If Gilbert can raise his game....
At some point, Emelin has to rediscover his mojo.

LOL at Galchenyuk with Prust and Parenteau.
Way to go, MT….that's how you develop your future #1 centre.
And Sekac rotating with Thomas on the fourth line. Ha!
Maybe I'm all wet, but to me, that's a terrible forward line-up.
Pretty soon our guys won't have any scoring chemistry at all.
At least Pleks is getting a chance to lead as #1 centre, playing with Max….let's see how he handles it.
They play the PK well together.
Now that I've said that….Galchy, Prust and PAP will be the star line of the game..….but I wouldn't put money on it.

Amazing the team goes 9-1 before losing the last 2 games and mthead demotes galchy, DD is invisible for half a year and no changes made. I watched part of the sens stars game.... i wish we had Ruff as our coach. He can get the most out of what he has. I also saw the ottawa pp and they had 2 guys, 6 feet tall at least, in front of the goalie. It not rocket science mt, if the goalie can't see it he can't stop it.

I love the player cards in these game-day threads Rick. Awesome!
La linge rouge... there's a blast from the past... I was such a huge Zubrus fan. Can you believe he's STILL playing?? In his 18th year!!! 18 years for a guy everybody thinks of as a bust (and would have been 19 were it not for the lockout). And he's STILL only 36! (though I think he may be reaching the end of the line here)

(though I think he may be reaching the end of the line here) Those were tough days back then ... I was living in Ottawa when Mark Recchi finally (out of character) blew a gasket in Montreal ... I think that was the straw that facilitated the trade for Zubrus ... I remember thinking, "oh great ... LeClair AND Recchi back in Philly ..." I liked Zubrus but he didn't exactly have the best supporting cast around him ... I honestly never thought he'd have as successful a career as you pointed out ... you always liked Zubrus and I always liked Zholtok ... I last saw him in the Pan Am Pacific Hotel in Vancouver back in March, 2004 ... he passed that November and I remember feeling kind of fortunate to have seen him before he left ... I also liked Petrov though I felt kinda bad for him at one point ... he was on the '93 team but never had his name put on the Cup because he hadn't played enough games ... I hope he got a ring at least ... thank you for your kind words mate ... Cheers.

Don't know why exactly, but I'm not feeling good about this next string of games.
Based on past experiences with those particular franchises, I suppose....

A great start.....with no finish.
Then one of the most brutal hooking calls you'll see was going to be called on Markov.
Jackets score on the delayed call....deflected.

Guy in the crease when they scored too, Price was trying to tell the ref.

Bobrovsky appears to be on his game....unlike how he played against the Leafs.
Figures.

Too many Jackets on the ice.
Wonder what the PP looks like....
HA! They reversed it.
That's a new one on me.

Subban bailed out his own bad pass into the middle with a nice slide to break it up.

The mad genius at it again with his asinine line up combo's....Jackets are built to beat a team like the Habs rarely easy and unless they bring their A game there wont be a W tonight.

I think Gallagher has tied it.
That's a goal. I saw a sliver of white ice.
Knowing Toronto, they'll say it's the netting...and it'll be no goal.
