As per Score update app.
Joey MacDonald called up.
Guess we'll see Toker against the Isles...and for the next while?
No doubt a result of the crash vs. Columbus.
The big test: how do we fare without Price?

Two games between now and the 27th. Isles and Preds. If he's not entirely 100% for the all star weekend, I'd be advising him to skip it. Day to day shouldn't be a big concern beyond the 27th though.

Is it just me or does it seem that a lot of players get hurt just before the all-star game? Maybe we should have all the players picked on-line by just 14 year olds and under.

Is long season, so a high finish normally depends on the #2 goalie picking up close to 20 points. Tokarski needs to step up. I think in 7-10 day role (3 games) he should be fine and the club should be ok.

Two games against heavy hitters that Price would normally play. It'll be interesting to see how the boys play in front of Toker tonight. They certainly were no help vs. the Sens. Maybe Price will be back to face the Preds…but skipping the ASG sounds like a great idea. Didn't he aggravate an injury in the 2009 ASG….our Centennial year? I seem to remember something about that.

I'm with you CH. I kind of hope that Price misses the Nashville game, and thus has a legitimate excuse not to play in the All Star Game. That would give him almost two weeks off, which might come in pretty useful during the playoffs. I know Price is a workhorse and all, but still... A little therapy/mental break could really help to rejuvenate him. Or it will knock him out of his rhythm and he'll slump the rest of the way. One of the two.

Price wasn't hurt really, he had a bruise and was a little sore. They felt he should take a few days off. Apparently he's starting the next game, Joey MacDonald was already sent back.
