Dis, you da man! That is great. Don't know what made me laugh the most, the TO magazine covers or the fact the Habs are 27 games over 500 and the Laughs are 14 under. And i think most pundits at the beginning of the season, and certainly all Leafs fans, had the Leafs finishing ahead of us.
Would be nice to finish on a win, but no biggie as TB will have their hands full with Bruins and I'm still not sure who I want to play in round 1. Ott is definitely on a roll, Bruins hate us, and Pitt has Sid and Malkin. Oh, so many considerations when one makes the playoffs. All the Leafs have to worry about is whether to use a Titleist or a Calaway.
JUST NO INJURIES!!!

I'm thinking the guys will go all out to win the division ... probably the best approach ... can't be walking on egg shells thinking about playing the Senators ... I still wouldn't mind seeing a different match up but deliberately trying to avoid a specific team only makes that team that much stronger (I hope that came out right) ... Bruins missing the post-season makes me smile a bit and I'm a bit surprised at Pittsburgh's slide ...
Cheers.

I fully expect a stirring tribute to the great Colton Orr from HNIC tonight.

The Ottawa game didn't do much to clear things up
Pittsburgh Win and Detroit loss with a Montreal loss combined with a Tampa win and we play Pittsburgh Detroit win or OTL combined with a Montreal loss with a Tampa win and we play Detroit Detroit loss and Montreal loss and Tamps win we play Ottawa
At least we won't be playing Boston, I guess that's something
And there are about 27 other combinations

A friend of mine told me today that he talks with the Marlies trainers and he was told that Kessell drinks a can of coke after every period ... That explains that physique,

I fully expect a stirring tribute to the great Colton Orr from HNIC tonight. Let me look into my Coach's Corner Crystal…… Cherry , over clips of Orr fights: (guaranteed they feature the slamming of Parros) All you people who put down fightin' and the rough stuff, and all that there…take it from me--a guy who knows hockey--these guys are your heart-and-soul, blood-and-guts guys that everybody loves to have on their team…lemme tell ya! My kinda guy…way to go, Colton boy! (trite trademark "thumbs up" gesture) (Yes, I write his scripts… They pretty much write themselves….)

Desharnais knows he needs to shoot more. His shots tend to go in.

I like our defense better with Petry, Beaulieu, and Pateryn.

Price Luv In. Who woudda thunk it? Rogers exec must have told HNIC crew: "Hey, guys...the Leafs are lousy. Say something nice about a team that's, you know, in first."

That goal never should've happened.
Holland should've been in the penalty box for hooking Desharnais at the other end.
The refs are letting the Leafs get away with a lot of hooks and holds.
We're not playing nearly HARD enough in this one.
We've let the Leafs think they're in it.
For example, if a guy like Galchenyuk can't bring it against his Leaf counterpart....what the heck?

Why are the 3rd and 4th lines constantly out there?

Why are the 3rd and 4th lines constantly out there? Our backup should be out there too. I know they want to keep Price sharp for the playoffs, but...
