On a radio station in Vancouver today they had a survey for callers to identify "Today's Face of Golf".
The choices were"
1) Justin Spieth
2) Rory McIlroy
3) Tiger Woods; or
4) the Boston Bruins.
#4 was the hands down winner, by a long shot (2011 still a sore spot for Canuck fans).
Could have had "the Toronto Maple Leafs" as an option but they've been a choice since Sam Sneed retired. By the way is anyone else tired of TSN's constant coverage of what Shanahan has planned for the summer? I would have thought the focus would be on the playoffs and the 5 Canadian teams competing for the Cup. Does anyone really care about the Leafs plans? Do Leaf fans even care?

Even Leaf fans are saying, "Show me the money". I think they're tired of the talk. Waht I've found odd is that Shanahan has everything (more or less) in place except for the GM. That's very much the wrong way around IMO, and may make it difficult to find someone to work with all these guys who owe their allegiance to Shanahan. Weird.

Best if not only candidates will have to be a 'yes man' . They don't usually turn out to be good leaders.
