Methot gives the puck away to Desharnais, hauls him down. Powerplay coming.

DSP would like that chance back. I think he fumbled the puck a bit.

I think TVA mentioned 33 points in 44 playoff games for PK.

PK gets one...up high on Hammond. See kids? What'd I tell ya, CH told 'em to shoot high, and they did! ...or seventeen did. You both win, I dunno.

Gallagher take three out of the play .... Too bad the defenseman wasn't expecting that pass

Gallagher's reached his wit's end. I'm surprised he didn't get a penalty for that Marchand-like low bridge.

14-2 the shots that period. Ottawa's going to be really desperate in the 3rd. Gotta keep the foot on the gas.

PK gets one...up high on Hammond. "Prime Time" man ... there's still a lot of hockey to play but I'm really, really happy for Subban ... he's become the focus of the series and he's sucking it all in ... "superstar-in-rent-a-car" man ... Cheers.

We certainly took the game over in general in the 2nd. I loved two parts of that game that didn't involve scoring. First was the teamwork on Karlsson when he tried going through the whole team. The back pressure was excellent.
Second was when Pageau tried to break free from Torrey Mitchell. Mitchell hounded him from one wing to the next and eventually stole the puck. You could see Pageau's frustration when he went for a line change. Loved it. We wanted it more that period. Let's continue it in the 3rd.

Hammond looked like a 70s goalie there. On his feet with his legs open - the classic table hockey goalie pose.

Some lax passing there. Can't be giving those up on the PP.
