A goal, in the first, and the lead.

Way to go, Petry! Just fire it!
And a nice wrister, too.

Good screen by PaP. It was high, but Bishop couldn't track that shot.

Bennett's kind of a special player, though. Don't think Scherbak will be in that league. Hmmm. I realize no one fights in the playoffs, but if there was ever a time when a timely trouncing would help the team, now is it. Bennett is only "special" because Calgary let him show them ... bennetts last junior year, and playoffs are comparable to Scherbaks .... And Scherbak did it in the WHL (which some regard as the rough and tough part of the CHL)

Flynn off the nub of his stick. Bad luck there as Bishop was beaten.

Bolts are giving a lot of pucks away. Need to capitalize before they settle in.

Bishop's gotta have that one. Don't think so, two guys in front of him so he couldn't see much of this shot. Nice wrister from Petry.

The Ducks would be running roughshod over both these teams. They're almost a machine. Very capable of "flipping the switch" when needed. Damn, if Flynn could have scored there! I don't think any team can 'flip the switch'. Anaheim's good at playing that good, tough game, the whole game long. When the other team tires, or can't keep up the pace in the 3rd, it looks like Anaheim's upped the tempo, when really the other team has slowed theirs. Winning race horses look like they pull away from the field, but it's the field slowing down more than the winner.

Wow, we need to bury those. Tampa's sleepwalking and we only have one goal.

So everyone gets their wish ... DD is out. I hope he is sick, and not benched. As per tsn website he's out with the flu. It will be really interesting to see, if the team wins, will Therrien keep the same line-up? He usually does...but I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's win this one first.

Therrien will never do it because he trusts veterans much, much more than rookies, especially raw rookies. I'd be hesitant myself, but I wouldn't hesitate to install Thomas or Andrighetto to inject some scoring.

All young guys that have played contributing minutes under MT.

Dumb penalty for Prust to take ... 4 pokes and a soft cross check. He got away with 2 pokes
