Apparently Yashin's agent told a Russian newspaper that his client offered his a service to an NHL team.
Ca$hin contract with his KHL team has not been renewed.
Hard to believe an NHL team would be desperate enough to sign this guy.

He still has the same agent. Probably a ploy to get a better KHL contract. I don't believe any NHL team has any interest in the guy.
He will be centering Kovalev in the KHL on the most overpaid, high talent, no heart line next season.
