Looks like it, they cleared 3.8 mill in space. At least Sather does something... PG eats tofu while other GMs make deals to better their team.

Also, The oilers can bury Souray and the Rags can bury Redden and the Devils have done it but we can't bury Gomez. They have sold out every home game since the lockout but can't afford it? IMO, I think BG/PG and GM think this will make the team look bad to other FA's, but the Rags/Oil and Devils don't have an issues signing FAs.
