According to Bruce Garrioch, Bergevin is shoping Erik Cole.

If true, either Cole has asked for a trade....or Bergevin is practicing sound asset management before Cole loses two steps.
If not true and the rumour heats up, I'll bet Bergevin speaks to Cole soon, to allay any unfounded stress.
MB seems all about running a fair ship. Open communication with his players....nothing to hide.

It's Garrioch. I don't know why this guy is tolerated in mainstream media. I think he has taken Cole's retiremnet comments & paired them with his slow start (until Saturday) to cook up a headline.

Cole has a no movement clause. If this is true, Cole must have asked for a trade. Been some odd comments come from him during the strike...I don't know what is going on. Garrioch is not a reliable source...so at this point I take it as false
