While I don't always consider Garrioch the best gauge, he's not really reaching here. I have no doubt he's in play.

Tomas has a modified NTC clause in his contract, although the part with the full NTC expires after this season. I couldn't find details how the rest of his NTC is organized but at least it makes it tougher for all the Plekanec traders. And the article has the false allegedly offer for Lecavalier, but alas it's the Sun.
