Average size, barely average production. He underwhelms me, and isn't someone I'd make a trade for.

The Oilers have a plethora of young forwards, so they could give up one for Perron. We'd likely would have had to give up Eller. Eller is way better than Paarjarvi. I don't think Bergevin had anything to deal here, unless he offered up our first rounder.

Not facinated with him at all. However, from what I understand he's as a character guy, which is what Bergevin is looking for.

Skilly, you're right. I didn't think we have any talented forwards in the system to offer up. Berg also likes hanging onto his draft picks.

Paajarvi is a RFA. May have had something to do with it.
