Read a book about him a few years back, it wasn't very flattering. Spoke about his early years as a radical, linked to murders different crimes etc, then how he worked out a deal with the government to be released from prison, calling him a sellout etc. However, I feel the message he spoke and the people he inspired to be better was worth it in the long run.
