Klesla won't report to Sabres

Sabres had traded Halak to Washington for Klesla and Neuvirth. Caps needed to include Klesla to clear cap space. Not sure at this point if whole trade is voided or if Sabres are keeping Neuvirth and putting the Caps over the cap limit.

wouldn't he still be considered "Sabre property"? they could just suspend him, he can run away like a little girl [can I say that?] and he doesn't get paid.
