With that CAP headache, we have to go after Malkin. PS, there's more to the trade. Spaling and a TO 2nd rounder may also be involved. |

5 years, $21.5 million so an annual cap hit of $4.3 million. Curious how involved we were given some of the rumours that he may be a target for the Habs. I'm fine. Decent player but unless Berg has a deep conviction on the player, those contracts can become a burden. The 5th year is the big thing for him I think. The cap hit is about where I expected, and would have been okay with. |
