Bruins are aggressive penalty killers....and Rask has been really sharp. As folatre said, with the fewer amount of games he played this year....he appears primo.
Jackets have now hit iron 4 times.

Bobrovsky blows the shot at the worst time. 2-0 Bruins Now 3-0. They are done.

Hughson's been calling a Bruins' win ever since it was 1-0.
At only 1-0, that major call would've been really nice. Maybe just an extra 3:00 of FAIL, but who knows....the Jackets might've scored 2.
Interested to hear what Torts has to say about it.
I think McAvoy gets 2 games....to "atone" for missing the major.

I heard the panel talking about Marchand. McLean said he should be fined & Hrudey says "he's almost 31, it's time to grow up". What did this d-bag do now?

Its going to really suck when the Bruins win the Cup (again). Based on the way things have been going for me, sports wise, this is bound to happen. It doesn't matter what sport it is, whatever team I get behind finds a way to miss out. I guess I should do every team a favor & stop picking. No more emotional investments in sports teams! - except the Habs.

At least our CBJ second round pick does not fall 10+ spots now. Gawd, I now have to cheer for the Canes to beat the B’s? What is with these playoffs?

I think the Canes can beat them. Carolina has speed and size. Boston may have the edge in net. I've moved on from Williams' high stick on Saku. It was 13 years ago. It would be like Leafs fans hating the Kings still for 1993. Oh. Wait. Never mind lol. Anyway, water under the bridge for me. Conspiracy theorists are already plotting a Sharks-Bruins final. Here's hoping the Canes can spoil it.

I would actually tune in to Coach’s Corner for that. I sense a new t-shirt getting printed!

Its going to really suck when the Bruins win the Cup (again). It really depends on which team I hate more....Bruins or Canes. I can live with any Western team winning it, but either of the Eastern teams gives me nausea.

I've moved on from Williams' high stick on Saku. It was 13 years ago. I haven't. The devil on one shoulder hopes Williams gets an eye injury. The angel on the other shoulder makes it unanimous.

From TSN, the cost of the Blue Jackets going all in: One first-round pick, two second-round picks, a fourth-round pick, fifth-round pick, seventh-round pick, forward Anthony Duclair, plus prospects Vitali Abramov, Jonathan Davidsson and Julius Bergman in exchange for Duchene, Dzingel, (injured defenceman) Adam McQuaid and third-string goalie Keith Kinkaid. The Blue Jackets have two picks - total - in the upcoming draft. A 3rd rounder, and Calgary's 7th rounder. If they re-sign Duchene, they will also lose their 1st rounder next year. They have already lost their 2nd and 3rd rounders. They do not have a 2021 2nd rounder. They won one playoff round. I get that circumstances where, as they say, extenuating, but if they lose most if not all their guys to free agency this has to be considered devastating.

Given the way things worked out in the East, if their PP clicked, I think they take out the Bruins, then I think they take the Canes and go to the cup final. It didn't work out that way and Jacobs Jerks play against Cherry's Bunch of Jerks and Habs fans are left hoping a team from the West wins the cup.

I haven't heard much from his family. Care to elaborate? Also: if you don't want to talk to the media, then don't talk to the media. Being curt and snide isn't going to earn you any friends (although Marchand himself hasn't really done anything to really warrant having any friends...).

I don't want to kill anyone (that's reserved for two world leaders or shall I say destroyers. There's lots more than two, but those two are a really good start), I just want to ensure The Canes or Bruins don't win the cup.

Being curt and snide isn't going to earn you any friends (although Marchand himself hasn't really done anything to really warrant having any friends...). I think that's reference to the fact one of our posters (sorry can't recall who) knows of the family and that Brad takes after the parents. He was probably one of those kids that liked to bully others and managed to get away with it for one reason or another. I fondly await Chara's retirement, though Marchand may retire at the same time. BTW, you guys see Chara knocked down more than he has these playoffs? I certainly haven't. I don't recall him getting knocked down once or twice a season. He's been on his knees at least 3 times these playoffs after hits. And they weren't even the biggest guys hitting him. Zach Hyman was one. The beast is being tamed. Also, it appears Charlie McAvoy has learned that with Jeremy Jacobs in charge, you can take all the liberties you want as a Bruin. I suspect he gets nothing for his obvious hit to the head on Josh Anderson.

Just saw on the TSN ticker that McAvoy gets one game. The ticker refers to him as James McAvoy. Nice fact checking guys.

Blues outshot Dallas 17-1 in the 2nd but it's still 1-1 heading to the 3rd.

Robert Thomas scores in 2nd OT. Blues off to the WCF. Thomas is a good looking young player. Buffalo should have insisted on him being included in that O'Reilly trade.

Yes. I responded after a tweet which wasn't clear. It stated Thomas made a great play on the winning goal without stating Maroon actually scored it. Mea Culpa.
