Yeah, for sure, the Habs are getting some good offensive zone time. Unfortunately, clear scoring chances are still hard to come by.

Armia with another penalty. Don’t give them momentum with PPs boys.

11 shots through two periods. No good chances. Seems like they are playing not to lose; a classic Devils trap game.

The power play is just so clueless.

Watched some of the first. Nearly fell asleep so switched to the thrilling PGA round 3.
Still checking out the score but outside of the importance of the game, it feels like it’s still boring.

Pittsburgh is biding their time, and the Habs are happy just trapping and waiting things out.

Dale Weise, king of the dumb penalty. Just like Steve Begin & wears the same number too.

It would be nice if some of these shots from 10 feet out actually were on net

Lehkonen likes playoff hockey.

Looked like Tanev screwed that up by making a really poor pass across the middle.

Skilly, you've pointed out how often Price tends to over-slide. How about Jarry on that goal? That centering pass shouldn't have gotten through.

Didn't realize Mark Recchi was an assistant coach. Is he talking about Pacioretty's concussion, do you think?

This team thrives on being underdogs, holy cow. I'm stunned.

The boys played a strong third period, credit to them. They looked like the hungrier team this afternoon. The Penguins looked slow and largely disinterested.
Of course, Bettman may have a silver lining consolation prize awaiting Pittsburgh.

This wasnt one of those Price stands on his head shutouts either. I think their best chance was Crosby hitting the post in the 3rd.

So I may have to start really paying attention and throw "no August hockey" out the window.

Will be interesting to see how the draft plays out....I assume Pittsburgh will get ball 8 and Montreal would of had ball one... I wonder if we will know which ball it is or they will declare just the winner.

One cannot blame the boys for being happy. They did their jobs. But as an organization, muddling along in the middle of the road may ultimately make it harder to construct a contender.
