Weak call on Petry. Based on how they've been calling this game, the refs must think that Petry is still a Hab.

Hoffman needs to be benched... how do you make a pass to your d man in the pp and send it out if the zone... he has zero focus... and drouin is worse than useless

Yet Drouin is on the PP and gives the puck away, of course. Dadanov has picked up his intensity a lot. Drouin not at all. Guhle should be in consideration for ROY given how well he’s playing, while carrying an anchor of a partner.

We need to criticize these guys more. We absolutely trashed Drouin and he makes an elite pass to Caufield.

Monahan was a beast on takeaways tonight. And over 22 minutes tonight, including PP and PK time. Made Dach's life easy on the winner.
Drouin looked like he actually enjoyed playing hockey again for part of the third period and OT. Sadly, I don't expect that to continue.
Not much else to say about Guhle. I mean... How often do rookie defensemen play to this level?
It's gonna be a funny season. On one hand there will be so many positives to celebrate, but on the other hand I'm expecting it to be a total struggle to produce offense.
