The shoulder was the first push. Then there was another push to the head. Drawing blood from helmet/boards contact. That's 5 for me. Max Pacioretty would agree with you.....but that's not called EVER against MTL. I'm sorry, so we can agree to disagree it's a fair call |

I'm watching on a delay... no way was that worth 5 and a game. Double minor at best, only because the second shot rode up and cut him
No way does any team in the NHL other than Montreal get that called against them.
In the last game against Calgary, Lucic cross checked Pezzetta head first into the boards, drove him right in the numbers. Should have been a major, no call, and the announcers were talking about what a tough guy Lucic is to play against. Pezzetta looks around ... nothing

I see no difference between elbow, forearm, stick, ... I also see no difference between blood and no blood. Your head driven into the boards is dangerous. But it shouldn't be called until it's called on all teams. |

We can only wish there was consistency in calling infractions. Still, I agreed with the call. |
