A perfect game... Tanknation Approved A little too close for my liking. I was torn as I would like to help Primeau's confidence with a win. Hopefully he feels good about his game. I feel good about the loss. We are now a distant object in Flyers rear view mirror! Wasn't happy with pulling the goalie. But forgot we could count on Maths to make a bonehead play. So frustrating to see a guy with his skill yet can't process the game. |

About Farrell: He reminds me a lot of Cole with his size and skating style. But boy he sure gets rag dolled. Hopefully he can figure it out but just don't know how many small guys we can have (HP, Cole, Hudson). At least we'll be shedding Drouin.
Speaking of which what is Marty thinking putting Farrell on Drouin's line? That's jus not right. I thought this stint was to help Farrell's development. Maybe the logic is Drouin could show Farrell how to avoid contact. He'd be learning from one of the best.

My thinking is that if Farrell shows enough promise that we think he'll be a regular, then Mesar (another small guy) is suddenly trade bait. Caufield and Farrell probably fill our quota of small, non-physical forwards. RHP and Gallagher belong in another category. |
