My pick for the worst team in the league, for this stlye of play are the leafs. I feel that they benefit greatly by this crap. If they cannot keep up with a team that is fast and skilled, they always give a quick grab, a hook .Then throw there hands up, to the refs like they were not interfering with the players forward movement in the game. There are other teams that are good at it to but they are at the top of the list.

I totally agree. McCabe, Jackman, Klee, Marchment, Roberts....it's clutch and grab all night long...then complain when they get called. And they don't get called nearly enough.
You watch them in their own end....and it's always one hand on the stick, the other hand wrapped around the guy's shoulder. It's laughable.
A good example of Gary Roberts' mentality from last night's OT loss in Calgary:
Watch the replay of the OT winner. Gary Roberts loses his man in the Leafs' zone. He viciously slashes the puck carrier in the upper arm from behind. Then he skates to the front of the net....grabs the Flame standing there by the shoulder and throws him to the ice. The momentum of both players falling impedes Belfour from having any chance at all of stopping the winning goal. Hilarious.
Seriously though, that slash should be reviewed by the league. It's the most vicious one I've seen this year. See if you can find it and have a look.
