His comments on the Score, this evening, pretty much summed up my views on the high sticking "epidemic" this season. I don't remember his exact words, but they were to the effect of:
"High sticking hasn't all of a sudden become a problem. What happened is that a couple of Leafs got high sticked, and it became an epidemic."

My view is that high sticking is a problem, and has been for years. It just annoys me that something can be a non-issue until it affects the Leafs, at which point it becomes a huge crisis.
