Was wondering if anyone was interested in doing a playoff hockey pool? I could make something up and keep track of it. We could have a $5 CDN entry fee, sent via paypal, with a winner take all.
Let me know what you think! I'm keeping the entry at only $5 so that there is no worry about me trying to make money off of this.

If there is a nice pot I'd go in.

Oh, what the heck. 5 bucks down the drain. I'd join.

Should we make it a sticky, and say we need at least ten people to make it worthwhile?

What kind of pool. Draft? Pick any 10 players? brackets? trades? too many details not explained.

I already plan on betting a lot of money on the Leafs winning the cup this year. I've done this sort of thing in the past and I call it: "cushioning the blow."

I can make it up quickly, but unless we have at least ten people interested it won't be worth it.

Alright, seems like we won't have enough people wanting to pay money for playoffs.
So here are the rules for the FREE habsrus pool:
Pick four teams: 1 points for a win 3 points for a series win 5 points for stanley cup victory
Pick ten players: 1 point for a goal or assist
That should be quick and easy enough for everyone to do.
Send your list to me at shanebourdage@shaw.ca with your habsrus id, four teams and ten players!
Good luck!
