Tough call. Colorado has better guns, but goaltending will make the difference. I give the edge to SJ. I think.
SJ in (how did I vote again?) 6.

Has there ever been a more unknown #2? San Jose has a very good team. They possess great team speed and balanced attack. I think there defence is just deep enough to be deeper than Colorado's, but the Avs have the two best. Colorado should be rolling after thumping Dallas in 5 games. They have experience, and more guns. I think this one will go back and forth. There's potential for some real overtime play here. Aebischer proved he was ready for round one. We'll see how he is for round two. I think this one goes the distance. Colorado in 7. I just can't bring myself to pick San Jose. I don't know if it's disbelief in them as a number 2 or what. Just can't do it.

SJ in 7. They have a better goaltender and they are so below everyone's radar screen. A nice mix of young and old (Patrick Marleau is a budding star IMO) and some grit to boot. Colorado is streaky, so which version will show up?

Av's win again in OT with Sakic scoring again.
He now has 6 playoff OT goals tying him with the Rocket.
What an amazing record. Richard played in an era when there were only two playoff rounds and it still took 44 years to tie his record.
Still, hats off to Sakic. He has scored the last three Colorado goals - a clutch player if there ever was one.
