By DARREN YOURK Globe and Mail Update Count Prime Minister Paul Martin among the believers in the old hockey adage that winning teams are built from the net out. The funny, or sad depending on how you look at it, thing is that neither PM Martin, nor Dryden, are really liberal. They're the new breed of liberal. A conservative in red clothing. I'm waiting for Martin to change the Liberal Party colours to blue.
Eggleton was a full on Chretien guy. He's out because of it. As liberal politics continue to move to the right, the countries choices will be far right, right, and left. That's the New Conservatives, Liberals, and the NDP.
Alright, that's enough of that. Back to hockey. I figure that Dryden knew his contract with the Leafs wouldn't be renewed after next year so he left on his terms. Despite Tannebaum saying that Dryden wasn't pushed aside, after Larry took over he removed some of Dryden's role. That's message enough for me to say that my time is coming to and end.
If Dryden is able to win his riding, he'll have the chance to put the House of Commons to sleep.

Prime Minister Dryden meeting with George "W" Bush. A match made in heaven? Bush would need a dictionary to keep up.
