Well Roberts is a Keenan guy for sure. Nieuwendyk will bring a lot of faceoff wins to Florida too, which will be important. If they can stay reasonably healthy, they should be a good fit. Playing in that climate should be good for their aging bones. The deal had to be in the works for a little while. No way that deal gets done that fast for two players. Makes you wonder if they were shopping one another as a package.

Losing Roberts is going to hurt the Leafs a lot.
