Q: What do players from list A have in common with each other?
A: These are all old veteran players who had tremendous playoffs in an effort to help their teams achieve the ultimate prize. In the process, they all emptied their tanks to the point that they were never the same player again. They all followed up their prior year playoff run with TERRIBLE personal seasons for each of them. In some cases, they carried injuries they suffered from their playoff run into the next season (Yzerman, Roberts).
