Very interesting. I few years ago when Defoe was holding out for a new contract and not playing, the Bruins were terrible. At that time I was on both CFHW and a public Hockey Forum of one of the Sports Networks with fans of quite a few different Canadian and US teams. I remember the Bruins fans were screaming "Defoe must be re-signed NOW!!" What short memories these Bruins fans have.

Or just look at last year when Dafoe was out, they were terrible.



But, if you saw last night's game,Dafoe was terrible.The first 2 Juneau goals should have never gone in.And he had to make the save on Zednik.


Also, I think the reason why they hate him was his bashing of his coach in the media.After a 6-2 loss(or something like that) to the Rangers,Dafoe said he never felt so embarassed in his pro career and couldn't understand why Ftorek didn't pull him.
