Only 2 starting forwards in Bourque and Pleks.
Gilbert will no doubt be a starter, so there are only he and Markov on D. Tinordi better look sharp, considering the Bruin line-up.
Should be interesting.
Also…to see how Simon Gagne does in his "tryout".

Same with me, jd.
I also live west of the great divide.
Very disappointed.
If that's what RDS is going to be like all year, I'll be calling Bell tomorrow as well.

Beat me to it, found it too. I guess Tinordi is bound for Hamilton now.

It really was a dumb move. He chips the puck in and Spooner has position on him, so Rene grabs his shoulder and spins him around right in front of the ref. Bourque must be very confident on his spot on the team.

2-0. #75 (Hudon) intercepted a pass in his zone on the PK, but lost if off his stick, to a Bruin and Fraser gets fed (hardly a sniper) and he beats Toker.

if you are west of it you either need to buy Centre Ice (tv) or GCL (wireless data) for English, or the Habs/Sens package (French). sorry guys. I guess you get half the season on SN . . . myabe it'll be the good half

Beat me to it, found it too. I guess Tinordi is bound for Hamilton now. Tinordi should make club unless he really bombs in camp. He is more a physical defenseman and only opening appears to be bottom pairing with Weaver. Can't see Habs keeping an offensive d-man like Beaulieu and playing him #6 defenseman minutes.

Seems to be ok for me, at least once I blocked the pop up windows. It was horrible before that.
Just watched a shift to forget by Finlay. He makes an ill advised deep pinch, has to race back, goes to his off side, gets a pass from Nygren and passes it 2 yards ahead of his winger cross ice, and it goes for an icing. He looks really out of his depth. PP for the Habs.

This could be a humourous game. McCarron just literally bounced a Bruin off the puck and took at long shot that gave Svedberg. trouble

Found this site: marts.pw/wiwig/l3.htmlWorked fine after I closed all the requests that I download a new media player, which I didn't need. Just in time to see Sekac score late to make it 2-1. Very nice shot.

SEkac makes it 2-1. habs kept puck in Boston zone and a pass cross ice to Sekac hit something and slowed down. He had to reach for it, swing it to his left away from the Bruin checker and then slapped it at the net. It hit the Bruin checker's stick and might have gone a bit higher than otherwise, but it still beat Svedberg. Pretty decent shot attempt. Horrible game, though. Very scrambly and probably not even up to regular season AHL standard.

On a turnover, Scherbak fed Bourque on a 2 on 1 and Bourque hit the goalie. My mind's made up

Habs'play is getting smoother, as is the Bruins. Understandable, I guess as its the first real game of the season and the players have to raise the level of their game. It takes some time and it seems to be kicking in now. Whew.

I have to mention McCarron. He hasn't done anything that made me stand up and go Wow, but for the first time, I think he may have a future. He needs to work on his puck handling skills, and his mobility, but he's showing enough speed and his mere size (if I can use that term) has proven effective against a lot of Bruins.

Not a ton of finish in this crop, if this game is any indication. For this year's hopes, I mean.
Habs to the PP.

Missed the first. Looks like we have a player in Sekac. McCarron looks good too. I really wish one of our young d would grab hold of a spot though. Pateryn doesn't look too reliable.
