Lots of historic rabbit holes in this GDT. Pollock had yet to become GM of the Habs...and there's 28-year-old Scotty Bowman, already under Sam's tutelage. He'd be back in the fold 10 years later as head coach of a juggernaut.
Scotty will be 90 this September 18th.

The Habs are a collaboration of cruddiness. They need to get rid of the crap as soon as they can. A 2 on 1 and Dvorak can't even make a clean pass.

Thought they were going to muff that up. That was a lot of perimeter passing and very little shooting. Not sure how Dach got his stick between the goalies pads, but they don't ask how pretty l..

Don't know if that was PItlick but a left handed, smaller guy fought for the puck on the left wing, went wide and had a trailer available right in the slot, but chose to throw it in front to someone who was covered by 2 Sens. Not a guy who is going to hang around next year. You make the right play, not the first play according to MSL.
