You never know about those backs. They can hit you at any time and they can feel much better unexpectedly.
A little bit of time with heating pads can get you out of the coach, err, couch and back on the ice.

I really was hoping Gilmour was going to play tonight.One thing for sure the habs play with more intensity with dougie in the lineup! HFTO

Audette n'affrontera pas les Leafs
Le nouvel entraîneur du Canadien, Claude Julien, a décidé de laisser de côté l’attaquant Donald Audette. Doug Gilmour, qui est toujours sur la liste des blessés, ratera aussi le match. Manquera aussi à l’appel Chad Kilger qui s’est blessé au genou gauche quand il est entré en collision avec le gardien Jeff Hackett lors de l’entraînement de vendredi.
Le défenseur Craig Rivet sera en uniforme malgré une blessure à l’épaule.
Julien a modifié deux de ses trios en vue du match de ce soir :
Jan Bulis jouera avec Yanic Perreault et Oleg Petrov tandis que
Andreas Dackell, Joé Juneau et Mariusz Czerkawski formeront une autre unité d’attaque.
C’est José Théodore qui affrontera les Maple Leafs, qui seront privés de leur gardien Ed Belfour qui souffre de douleurs au dos.

Interesting. Bulis has some size and speed, Petrov has speed and likes to carry the puck.... Bulis will really have to be the defensive conscience, but this might work. [/b] [/quote] Chow is back on his off wing then ? He might be able to produce though, Juneau is still a decent playmaker, and Chow will be able to gamble a bit more if he knows he's being covered.

My thoughts exactly. Also, by most accounts (from Islanders fans), Chow plays his best hockey when he is the "go-to" guy on a line. Maybe this could work?

Yeah my thoughts exactly(see the game thread)
I really hate our 2nd line when it's all soft smurfs...putting Bulis out there should bring a different dimension to that line
and hopefully Chow can get it going offensively and JJ/Dacks will cover up for him defensively(and hopefully get it going offensively).......
