Or should I say Kerry Fraser wins the game for them
How much did the Devils pay him before the game?
why don't they just put a red devil sweater on him?
That was the biggest bullsh*t I have seen in years
Horrible road trip ends in bitter dissapointment

Unreal! Fraser has got to be the most uninformed, biased and stubborn referee in the league. There had better be some action by Campbell, otherwise I'm gonna... well, what can we do? I hope Fraser refs the next game I'm at so I can voice my displeasure. On second thought, I don't want him ever reffing again!

Where was Fraser born?
He has to be a Leaf or Bruin fan who has made it his goal in life to do everything to hurt the Habs after we kicked his team's ass for years

i'm not impressed, at all. atleast hossa managed to score, that pleases me. who knows what happens from here, but i doubt anything. we'll just have to move on and take our anger out on the rags.
fraser is an f'in joke. hopefully some crazed habs supporter beats him relentlessly when he exits the arena... hopefully that supporter is donald audette or michel therrien (or both), i wouldnt mind all 3 of them out of the nhl.

When a ref refuses to have a replay ( Riberio ) they are basically playing God. " I can't be wrong, so why bother with a replay" is the statement this makes. The arrorgance of Fraser is totally disgusting.

Put my name down for the Petition.
I must say I am proud of Andre Savard for what he did tonight. Fraser is a bitter, dispicable man and a joke of a referee. We did not lose this game. After the 3 NJ goal our team should have simply walked off the bench and into the dressing room.
I am ashamed to be a hockey fan right now.

Right Doc, especially that famous playoff game vs the Nords when he made a big call in favour of the habs. Jog my memory Doc, I believe that he either disallowed a goal for Que or awarded us with a tainted one. He sure was roasted as a" hab homer " after that

Shots on goal: 36 by NJ, 22 by MTL. MTL was 0-4 on pp, including a 5-3. NJ: 0-1.
Zednik, 0 shots; Koivu, 0 shots; Hossa, 2 shots; Bulis, 2 shots; Ribeiro, 3 shots; Audette, 4 shots.
Audette could have had a few more shots. Koivu and Zednik were checked well by NJ. Freaking Fraser. Brisebois and Traverse were both -2! Get one of them a train ticket to Hamilton! Czerkawski scored two goals and an assist tonight against St. Johns. Uhmmm.. Hackett made a few outstanding saves to keep the Habs close. Freaking Fraser. While you're at it, get that guy a ticket to Mexico.

One of the big turning points ( bad calls aside ) was the failure of the 2-man pp. Audi managed to lose possession of the puck and bingo it was over.

Yeah! That's why Montreal had an unsuccessful road trip. Not the players, not the coach, not the GM; it's all Frasier's fault...............NOT. We can all find excuses for a loss, but if we scored 7 goals and they scored 3 we would have won. Fire Therrien! Hire Gainey and Robinson and King and Lemaire and Bowman. Get Pollack and Blake out of their graves. Invite the ghosts from the Forum. Pray a lot! On the bright side, Hossa scored?

does that mean that mariusz now has 3 goals, 7 assists (10 points) in 5 games for Hamilton? something tells me he's a little bit too good for the minors , let audette refind his touch down there, and let chow show his worth for the big club, maybe by season's end we can have both of them scoring, in the NHL that is.

Ron Hextall was the goalie for the Nords back in the series when Fraser was ripped for being a hab supporter. Is this what Therrien is referring to?

Didn't Hextall beat up Chelios way back then? Maybe he was talking about that? Sheeesh, being a Hab fan is a 24/7 duty full of emotional highs and lows! BTW Leafs win Bolts win Isles win argh...

Yup, Chow is tearing it up down there. During the first intermission (if not the second) he was interviewed and didn't seem arogant, exasperated or ticked off. He said "it's weird being 30 years old and a rookie" lol It would be great to have him up with the club and scoring. He did score 35 goals one year.

Shots on goal;
New Jersey 36 Montreal 22
Score;
New Jersey 3 Montreal 2
Blame Frasier?
Yeah, Kerry is a jerk with a bad hairpiece; but he's not the Hab's problem. AS and MT are our problems!

I got out my trusty nhl guide, Lindros played for Philly 92-93,-- the series vs Que. was in 93, Hextall was a Nord in 93, he played in that series

0-4-1-2 road trip Robbed of a point in Pittsburgh Could have been robbed of a point in Ottawa(Fisher on Rivet hit) I saw the replay of that goal, Marc, after reading your posts about the hit, and to be truthful, I thought it was Rivet's fault much more than Fisher. Fisher looked like he was fighting for space in front of the net, so he gives Rivet a nudge. That's all it looked like, a nudge or slightly stronger. If Rivet can't handle normal traffic in front, he should go back to the AHL. In fact, I think that's a pretty good idea anyway. Our defense generally are much too soft. Traverse is, Brisebois is and Rivet is, in a way. Rivet will try and be physical, but he hasn't got the body or muscle for it. Funny, he's about the same size as Chelios, but there's a world of difference in how they check. Anyway, just thought I'd provide my dissenting opinion on that particular play. Glad to hear Hossa had a good game. Play those youngsters!

does anybody remember an incident from that series in 1993? But what was the question asked to MT? maybe they just asked him ''what did Fraser tell you?'' and MT said Hextall?
