Add MT to that statement. I don't see how Hainsey deserved to get benched. He made a mistake, Theo recovered. Let's move on. How many times have we seen Traverse and Dykhuis blunders but these guys are back on the next shift? This is crazy. They , both, have to go!!! What a bad game! Embarrassing!

don't get me started on the Hainsey thing.
Veterans can make mistakes, nothing happens to their ice time...rookies make them(and it wasn't really a mistake...he just fell) and they barely play a minute the rest of the night.

I don't know if we can single out just one or two players over the past TWO games guys. Les good, mais lazy, guys have been terribly out-shot, and out-played over the last two games. Hey, let's look at this for a moment. Perhaps, just perhaps, the guys thought, "... we can take advantage of our chances and Théodore will bail us out just like the other night ..." Why should they think any different? Sure there's always exceptions, but off and on, it's been the gameplan for how long now? I'm not bitter or angry, I'm just stating the way I see it. Just as well I don't get as many games as I would like ... my hat goes off to all of you guys who stick it out until the final buzzer ... you're better men than I ... I'd be out the door as soon as it was 10-0 in shots on goal Cheers.

Dis, in that case, typically you'd be gone before the game is 5 minutes old!! And it usually takes 10 or so minutes before the fun really starts (ie Theodore with 5-6 back to back miraculous stops). You gotta at least stick around THAT long!

Maybe I should have said 10-0 shots on goal in the third. I mean, sheesh, you're in a close game, and still leading in shots despite having only 11 shots after two periods, you have to get up for that. How can you not?
Not to worry, buds, I'd have stuck it out, but geeze-Louise, 20-2 in the third. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. Cheers.
