Alexander is small, ageing, his best years are far in the past, he's soft and a one way offensive player who can't score anymore.
Go get him Andre.

The Pens were in SJ last night. I forgot Daigle was even on the team. He had very few ice minutes last night and didn't contribute a thing to the game. When I heard he was returning to hockey this is exactly what I expected out of him. Trust me, you don't want him on the Habs. He had talent but no heart. He has even less heart than he used to have. He is a total waste of a good roster spot.

Not only did he clear waivers, but his mother cleared out his room and changed her locks in case he tried to go home.

one has to laugh when I read on another board why the Hab's did not give this "kid" another shot.
All I have to say that a Begal is a Daigle and it does not matter what shirt you spread on it.

He did alright with us... was the first time we was forced to toil in the AHL, bust his ass to make the team, and work hard every game to keep his spot. He did that, and had some success with us. Muckler, unfortunately, totally mishandled the kid (for ex, scored 2 goals and was benched in the 3rd period for a penalty - retarded) and with his already fragile psyche, combined to finish the kid off. Shame, what a talent he was.
