From RDS:
Well, I wonder if anyone will bite before noon tomorrow?

It's Official I'm Off the AS wagon firmly planted in disbelief now. Just lovely if nobody bites then what trade him for something less than Asham and the pick we already lost or send him to poland for nothing. What a mess.

I do not know the answer to my question. Nor I am big fan of Czerk. But this seem to highlight a lengthening string of bad hockey judgment from management.
Is the point whether we gave up anything to acquire Czerk? In my opinion, that's not the point (though I'm quite sure why some estimate that throwing away 4th and 5th rounders amounts to good asset management). The point is the club wastes over one-quarter of season to recognize collecting redundant assets is the opposite of helpful. IT CREATES CONFUSION and COSTS POINTS.
At this juncture, sure, by all means, let's be rid of $4-5M left on Czerk's contract. But how does this improve the club since Czerk has had no bearing on the glaring weaknesses on our first two lines (you know, the ones that make Ftorek, Hitch, Burns et al salivate)??
What does Savard plan do in this regard??

Absolutely ridiculous. IMO he looked pretty good alongside Zed and Koivu. Certainly much better than Audette. Realistically he was never given a chance on this team. There are a lot of things Savard could do, starting with putting this bloody coach on waivers.
I have never once made a negative peep in regards to the way AS has handled this team. But I have now seen enough crap going on, that even I say it's time to clean house. And Savard can now be the first one to the door.

Well, the NYI newspaper was right.
AS is down to a C note in my books. Even if Chow doesn't get picked on waivers, this whole fiasco could have been avoided and should have been avoided.
and on a sidenote...FIRE THERRIEN ;D

There has got to be something going on that we don't know about. To put Chow on waivers is just plain rediculous knowing what we know. I refuse to believe that AS doesn't recognize that Chow is getting the shaft from MT (Moronic Tutor) ;D Is AS that blind? I agree that Chow came out of the gate a little slow, but really... a lot of players should have been benched before him...I can count 4 defensemen right off the bat....and you could count one of those defensemen twice if you want. I feel that Coach Moron isn't giving players a fair shake. Kilger should play every game on the third line with Juneau and Dackall. Bulis should be on the 2nd line with Perreault and Dougie. Petrov should be traded. I really like him, but he is too small. He would be much better surrounded by big players. Also, Audette should be gone. I fail to see how he is better than Chow. He is slower, smaller, and about the same defensively. MT's stuborneness is starting to piss me off. I agree hole-heartedly with Marc: [glow=red,2,300]FIRE THE MORON[/glow] Cheers TheHabsfan
