Theodore, Theodore and more Theodore He looks back and we are a lucky team. Rivet goal, the Bulis goal should have been a stop and the Gilmour empty netter was kind of weird with confusion all over the ice But hey we won ! 5-4-4 Markov's turning into an amazing D..wow what a game he played..

I did not see any of the game, but I just saw the stats; we were outshot 2-1 again, 42-21. This has to stop soon, or, we are in BIG trouble. Thank goodness for our goaltending.

Alot of shots but alot were from the outside. We did a better job of covering the front of the net.

Hey Viper,
Yes I would like that. I have been wanting to go to a game. When you are planning to go, let me know. I prefer to go during the week if possible. My wife is working out of town and comes home on weekends. ( My e-mail is bobkyler@cogeco.ca)

Markov yet again with a great game. Only outdone by Theodore tonight. Habs didn't really come to play. Playing against a team with no confidence because of goaltending, and without a stellar effort from Theodore it would have been a loss.

Markov, Bullis, Petrov and Saku were flying. It was great! Shame that Kilger and Audette did not fare any better. Hackett should get the next start so that we can move him while he's playing so well.

You thought Saku was flying? I thought it was one of his worst games in awhile. The Habs "1st line" created little offensively (Zed was also invisible) and Saku took a few pretty bad penalties. Obviously Theo was huge tonight. He's definitely back, although i thought he looked very good against St. Louis. Markov is something else, but i thought Rivet, Brisebois, Bulis, Gilmour and a few others also had a strong night. Heck i'll say it...i thought Traverse played pretty well tonight too!

Yeah the Koivu line had like one good shift ...early in the 3rd
Traverse...OMG the guy is making AS look good for having faith in him.
Theodore: that's really 3 decent/good games in arrow now....

I did not see any of the game, but I just saw the stats; we were outshot 2-1 again, 42-21. This has to stop soon, or, we are in BIG trouble. Thank goodness for our goaltending. Well the 7 PP's the Isles had did help them get in the shot department (cause we don't get many shots while we are on the PK). But like it was said, a lot of the shots were from the outside much like last year. The PK was very impressive, IMO, but I question seeing McKay out there. My thoughts on the game, Markov was great with a goal saving play, Theo was sharp but not overly tested (I know, 42 shots, but not many were serious scoring chances, IMO), the PK gets the big thumbs up, and the refs get the finger (the middle one of course ) I also thought that Koivu and the 1st line didn't have their best game, but I did like the Chow hit on Johnsson. I have been harsh on Chow, as I don't like him, but he played a more phyiscal game (cause if he bumps into someone thats a phyiscal game for him). On the other side Assham did play a decent game, and even got some PP time in. Not much from Hainsey again, a few seconds on the PP though. Traverse was ok, Dykhuis can't pass (unless it to a board or glass), and Rivet played a decent game. Brisebois and Markov were the best defencemen out there for sure.

Patrice played well also despite the one gaffe that gave timander a good scoring chance. Juneau Bulis Dackell still the most consistent.Something may have to be done about the second line. Hey its a win and were 7pts ahead of the Isles HFTO

Koivu line was iineffective tonight and Petov cannot take a pass and gets swatted away like a fly when scrumming for the Puck, was again impressed with Markov and Bulis.Kilger was nondesript tonight maybe its time to move him,if benching him for 4 games doesnt get his fire started nothing will and Audette could not do any thing right .Theo was The old Theo, too many shots against and an anemic offense, should have 2 wins but the Goaltending has saved us again, things have to change or this play will eventually kill the team, its like the Dutch boy who has his finger in the Dyke you know at some point its coming down!

First of all Breezy didn't play all that hot. In the first he took one of the stupidest penalties ever by grabbing the puck and throwing between his legs. This was after we just killed a penalty, then when he got out of the box he got beat bad to give NewYork another scoring chance. Kilger didn't play bad when he got a chance to play, he finished his checks and was solid when put on the PK.
