It still is early in the season but if you do a little math work you'll see that it is important not to waste away to much of your season. The habs can ill afford to let this thing get out of control. Record to date 2-3-2-6pts With 75 games to play there is still 150pts available. If Habs play .600 Total points =96 If Habs play.580 total points = 93 if Habs play .560 total points =90 if Habs play.540 total points =87 You get my drift even at a 54% clip from here on in the Habs will be on the cusp. The east is way to close to be fooling around time to right the ship before it starts listing out of control. Looks like my 81 point prediction may be closer than I wanted it to be

Here's another disturbing stat: the Habs record, when the other team gets the first goal, is 2W - 3L - 2T... hey wait a minute, that's the same as their overall record. They have yet to open the scoring in 7 games this season.

If T Bay plays .500 they will have 87 points. Amazing what a great start can do for your season potentially!I've been guarded about my perdiction but PTH my original feeling was basically the same as yours if this team got off to a bad start. There is still time but its not looking good. This team can be better but they have to all be on the same page all the time. HFTO
