This seems like a daily feature Should be interesting to see what MT does. I think he'll go back with Theo. He showed signs of being back on track tonight and not giving him the start would hurt his confidence IMO. but then again he got killed by Philly last week..

I think it would be a great spot to play Hackett, but really you have to come back with THEO.Imagine the circus if Hackett played and the Habs won. Go Habs HFTO

If the only consideration is to play the guy that will give the team it's best chance of winning, like it should be, then you have to come back with Hack. Theo is nowhere near Hack is in term of quality so far this season.
We're paying through the nose to have 2 quality goalie available, let's make the most out of this and ride the hot one.

Agreed.
This may bruise Theo's ego a bit but the fact is Hackett is sharper. We can expect to get outshot in Philly and it may not be the best environment for Theo to sort himself out.
The reality for a lot of teams in the East is that games in October do matter. For some teams they matter a lot. The Habs are one of those teams.

Are the Philadelphia Flyers contenders for the Stanley Cup?
Yes, they're the best in the east. ...14.25% No, they'll find a way to collapse. ..45.53% They need one more defenceman. ...5.92%
They need a true #1 goaltender.......34.30%

The most important question? Theodore or Hackett against the Flyers... Officer Moose vs. The Beltway Sniper Bush vs. Saddam (or Osama) Stewart vs. the Securities Commission Isreal vs. Palestine India vs. Pakistan North vs. South (Korea, not Blue/Grey game) Mohammad vs. the rest of the world Russia vs. Chechnia I'm not too concerned who starts, as long as it doesn't start another French vs. English war in the press. They are both good goaltenders who need the game time to get/stay sharp. I'm glad we have two good ones to pick from and I won't lose any sleep over the choice. Whoever Therien picks will be wrong.
