Komisarek picked up his 3rd goal of the year, was a -1 with 3 shots.

Plekanec had 1g 1a, as he got his 12th goal of the year

Ryder had 1g 1a, as he got his 12th of the year

Balej had 1a

Chow got his 6th goal, but was a -3

Ward picked up 1a, now has 53pts, 1 pt behind Gratton, but was a -3



Eric Landry had 1g 1a, as he got his 18th.


Over at HF, there's a article on Hamilton with grades. I'll post a link to it later. Some of the grades suck, IMO. Fichaud has the best numbers, yet he gets a C or C-. Komi leads all defense in scoring, +/-, shots, yet he's a B-, Pleks a B-, Balej a C or C-, but Gratton who he feels should be in the NHL is a A+.


Oh and Chris Higgins picked up 2 goals this weekend, giving him 11 goals in 12 games, and 19 pts.

Jim Harnock hates the Habs so don't read much into those grades...

why the hell do all Hab fans think that Jim Harnock hates the Habs? Do they have a post of him saying that ? If you don't like his marks, fine, but don't label someone because you don't agree with him, that's childish and just plain dumb. I saw the marks and felt that they were fair overall, though I thought Hossa should be higher. Man, it gets sad reading my fellow fans' posts sometimes.....

Well I don't know how Jim Harnock feels about the Habs, nor do I care. I do know that different people have different opinions on players, and if they don't agree that's life. I have no ideal how many times he has watched these players, or how well he knows his hockey. I don't care. I watch, I listen, I make my own opinions, and I expect others to disagree. It's a great way to learn things.

I really don't understand how Fichaud has such a low grade, yet he has the best stats of all 3 goalies. I know he hasn't played much, but if not for Savard not being able to move Hackett, then Fichaud would be playing a lot more.

I don't know how Komisarek gets a B-, yet he leads Hamilton defensemen in most areas. His +21 is 5th in the entire AHL. Thats very impressive for a rookie. His shots on goal, lead all rookies in the AHL, again impressive. I have listened to almost every Bulldog games, and I have seen Komisarek play in the NCAA. So, if I have a different opinion that Jim Harnock, that means it's a sad post? Who's to say I or Jim are even right. We are just expressing our opinions, plain and simple. I don't see a problem at all, thats what these boards are for.
