Andre Deveaux was traded to the Owen Sound Attack. I don't have a source or link, as I was looking up his stats, I noticed he didn't play for a few games and wasn't on the roster anymore. So I checked other teams rosters, and he's now listed on Owen Sound's roster. I'll go to their team site later, as they should have something.
This is good for him to be on a team that isn't very good, but still fighting for a playoff spot. But if they dont make the playoffs, it's ashame, as Bellville should make the playoffs again.

Deveaux seems to be developing nicely. A 0.15 ppg in his first junior year, 0.33 ppg last year, and 0.53 ppg so far this year. He's maintained a 1 penalty-minute/game ratio throughout his career. At 6'5 and 216lbs as an 18 year old (turns 19 next month) he'll only get bigger.
Of course, whether he develops beyond junior hockey is unknown, but at least he's showing steady improvement at that level.
