Would be nice to see stats compared to NHL players that played in the same league at the same age. From what I know he seems to have simmilar stat has Chris Drury on a average team.

Would be nice to see stats compared to NHL players that played in the same league at the same age. From what I know he seems to have simmilar stat has Chris Drury on a average team. Well, Drury played in a stronger league (HE instead of ECAC), and he finished his sophomore year with 35g and 33a in 37 games for Boston U in 95-96. So Drury got 1.84 ppg, while Higgins' pace is 1.57ppg. Not sure how strong that Boston U team was, or how Drury's stats compared to the rest of the league, but Drury made the NCAA Est 2nd all-star team that year. Higgins is about an inch taller and ten pounds heavier than Drury. In fact, he's about the same size as Doug Weight.
