TSN, too busy

Copying a great idea from Sportsnet, TSN has started to use many talented Canadian musicians in their " The Silver Cup " promo. They took the time and effort to list the many musicians involved on their web site, but failed to release the dates when we can expect to see them. Included on that list is my personal fav. musician, as Michael Buffer may say 'the undisputed rock and roll champion of the world- Dannnkooo Jones". Drats, I need to know when its Danko's turn, so I follow their guide and find their 'contact us' button. I sent them a very polite e-mail explaining my dilemma, here's what i got back, hehe, thanks anyway but:

broadcasting area will be able to see all of TSN's regional Leaf broadcasts
on Bell ExpressVu on channel 401 and StarChoice on channel 402. TSN’s
national NHL games will be broadcast on channel 400 for both services.
Due to the large volume of email and calls we regularly experience, we may
not be able to respond to your message personally. All emails, however, are
read and all concerns are forwarded to TSN's senior management.

I'm not dissing TSN, just wanted to point out how times have changed. Many years ago a snail mail letter would have received an actual reply. Funny thing is that Danko is from Toronto, they should have posted his dates in keeping with their everything in T.O. logic.
