Vancouver was in second place after the first ballat with Salzburg in third. The European vote went to Vancouver, which pushed them into first place.
North Korea? I can't say for sure, but me thinks the majority of their votes were politically motivated. Just my opinion.
Can't believe the amount of press Toronto got on Vancouver's story.
Still, I'm happy for Vancouver.
