What's up with the main page www.habsrus.com?

I willing to volunteer my services to help get the site up and running. I've done a few websites in the past in my spare time including www.keiths-fans.ca, www.mindnmuscle.com, and www.fastmuscles.com. (The latter two are infomertial sites, and the guy destroyed all my work that I had done, and now their a mess. But their what he wanted!)

Remember Spiro, I'm willing to do this for FREE! I just want a good page up that everybody can be proud of. I'm also willing to take suggestions (If you let me) on what the posters would like to see on the site.

I am trying to remember exactly what Spiro said but I believe people were trying to hack it so they just shut it down.
