Does this mean no more Grand Prix in NA, or does the US now have a circuit?

Yikes...bad news............. I hope the non-smoking pressure groups are happy with the millions of dollars and hundreds of jobs they successfully took away from our economy. When the cigaret advertisement law got put forward, anti-smoking groups were insuring everybody that sponsors were literaly lining up waiting for tobaco companies to step aside in order to invest in sports events... Bravo. Now the kids won't get the urge to pickup the habit of smoking by looking at a cigaret add in a care race

That'll learn dem Tabacky companies. Take your $75 million boost to da economy, and go give it to dem whussy, chocolate covered Belgians! Better yet, take it to Asia, where dey don't care if you advertise to chillun! Too many Asians anyways. We don't need your money, or your upper class, Euro-trash tourists, buying the expensive wines and staying in the finest suites! Our hotel rooms are always full! Always! Why, the money saved on the people who will quit smoking because there will no longer be any Marlboro cars whizzing by at 200 km an hour should be more than enough to cover, oh, at least half the people who will no longer have jobs. At least half. And if not half, then probably a quarter! Besides, dose people can all get udder jobs, right?? Bah! Streets will be quieter with you gone anyways. Just means more people can go see da Expos.
Sigh.

Other companies ARE lining up but the thing is a lot of teams are owned or partially owned by cigarette companies so the FIA are just playing with Canada like were morons, and I see some people actually fall into thinking its the governments fault. In 2006 all european countries will have that law, then those stinking tobacco companies will lose a lot of support. But right now dont blame the Government because they just want to get all possible attention away from cigarrettes, which is a good thing. Tobacco is a dying industry, we might lose now, but in the long run I think well get the Grand Prix back.
