This guy was one of the bad ones. I was shocked by the coverage. Even some of his victims refused to blame him for his crimes - to them it was the fault of the British for putting him in power. His daughter claimed he was a good man that just made a few mistakes. Amazing.
The crimes he committed against Ugandans must be talked about openly. People have to know what kind of dictator he was and how he came to power in order to prevent it from happening again.
