Here's an update on the Hab prospects still playing hockey. www.hfboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84653Matt Shasby, Christain Larrivee, Eric Himelfarb. The first two, Shasby and Larrivee are now offically finished their careers in the NCAA/QMJHL. With the Barrie Colts losing the other night, Eric Himelfarb's season is now over. What will this mean for him? Will he be signed, will he reenter the draft, if signed will he go back to the OHL as an overager or Hamilton. I'm just starting to wonder what will become of these 3, as they all should be finished their junior careers. Duncan Milroy and Andrew Archer should be in the same boat, but their teams are currently winning their playoff rounds. That's 5 players plus I would assume Michaud and Ferland are added to that list. That's 7 players that should be finished with their junior careers. Can all 7 go to Hamilton next year, or will we lose any, or ECHL? Just wondering.

Milroy is indeed playing for the Ice in the 1st playoff round, wearing a full face shield to protect his cheekbone and eye. The face shield is affecting his vision. I think he's averagiing a point a game, but is playing solid defensively and is putting out a good effort. The battle between the Ice and the Kamloops Blazers has been a very tight defensive series. Two nights ago, they played 4 o/t periods before Kootenay won. That may be the longest o/t game in juniour hockey history. The Ice lead the series 3-1 with game 5 Saturday in Kamloops.

I, like you Marc, hope that the Ice keep on winning, but should they be eliminated would AS sign him to Hamilton, or is it too late with the roster freezes.

I think it's too late for Duncan to play with the Dogs this year if they sign him.
They had to send in the playoff roster 2 weeks ago
